Campaigns and Templates

If you’re not familiar with ARPU’s Campaigns feature, it allows you to target different customers with different product offers based on either the items in their subscription or on the number of renewals they have. You can use this to offer discounts on alternate flavors, provide a free gift for customers who stay with you for several months, or put products you know work well with the customer’s current subscription in front of them when their order is about to be renewed.

With ARPU’s latest update, you now have the ability to have multiple email templates stored in your account, and to swap them out based on Campaign rules, allowing you to not only change the products and discounts available to your customers, but also the layout and copy within the email.

Support for Multiple Stores in One Account

If you have multiple stores associated with your account, you can now manage those stores all in the same account, while keeping billing, customer lists, and everything else separate. Each store is set up the same as your first, and you can switch between them at any time when logged into your ARPU account.

Performance Improvements

One of our goals when building the new version of ARPU was to just make everything run a little smoother. Especially if you have a larger list, you should notice everything just running quicker and with fewer loading spinners! Analytics was a big focus here, so you should see a marked improvement on those pages.
