How Do I Disable Sending on My Account?
If you need to temporarily stop messages from being sent via ARPU, hover over the Enabled icon in the upper left and click on ‘change’ when it appears.
Now just click the red ‘Disable ARPU’ button in the popup that appears to stop sending.
To enable sending again in the future, click ‘enable’ in the upper left next to the Disabled indicator.
How Do I Cancel My Account?
If you need to cancel your account, you can simply reach out to us at support@getarpu.com and request cancellation. You can disable sending first if you want to immediately stop sending messages.
